This house is adjacent to another house (No. 12920). It has a surface area slightly below sounds "big brother" but has my charms: Walk into a stone apparent residence, including a sitting area: sofa, coffee table, chairs and a wood stove (wood perhaps provided by the owner). A table equipped with extension will allow you to receive 6 to 8 people around a meal.
On your right, a kitchen including a gas stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator equipped with a freezer compartment, a work plan as well as numerous cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine…
You will find on the ground floor of wearing a functional bathroom shower, sink, wardrobe and the washing machine. The toilets are separated.
On the first floor, in addition to a bathroom equipped with a main dish, two rooms are available; both panelled they are equipped for the first of a bed (140 * 190 cm), storage cupboards sliding, two night tables, for the second, two beds (90 * 190 cm), night table, as well as placards sliding.
The heating of the house is electric, you can also use the fireplace (brouettées wood will be billed, do not hesitate to ask the owners to find out how they plan to use for firewood).
You will also discover that the outside of this house has a private terrace with a garden furniture and a barbecue. Access is also given to a large store to store umbrellas, barbecue, firewood, clothes dryer, bicycles and other personal affairs. Different bins are also available to sort paper, glass & plastic bottles. You will also find an electric dryer, to share between the three cottages. Free wifi access is available in the gîte.
